Security and reception services

Summary

The tender covers two integrated services at Saxon Hospital Altscherbitz: round-the-clock security services at the forensic psychiatric facility and reception and telephone services at the hospital’s administrative building. The security service must have at least two people on duty at all times, one female and one male; an additional service employee is required on weekdays from 08:00 to 14:00. The reception must be staffed around the clock, although the contracting authority normally covers weekday daytime shifts and the contractor provides cover when required. The contract starts on 1 December 2026, initially lasts 36 months and may be extended by up to two further one-year periods. Bids must be submitted by 9 September 2026. The award criteria are price at 40%, handover concept at 20%, quality concept at 20% and contingency concept at 20%. Bidders must complete the mandatory site inspection, provide at least three comparable references, submit the required qualification and compliance documents, and ensure that deployed staff have the required qualifications, German language skills, health clearances and reliability.
