Framework Agreement for Site Security Services 2027–2033

Summary

GSI Helmholtzzentrum für Schwerionenforschung GmbH and FAIR GmbH are procuring a framework agreement for reception and security services at their Darmstadt-area sites. The scope includes 24/7 guarding, control-room and reception duties, access and vehicle checks, patrols, alarm response, drone-supported surveillance, and reception cover and additional security staff when needed. The estimated contract value is approximately EUR 6.2 million net, with a maximum value of EUR 9,592,861 net. The initial term runs from 1 April 2027 to 1 April 2030, with three possible 12-month extensions, up to 1 April 2033.
