Maintenance of Building Services Systems
Summary
The Free Hanseatic City of Bremen is procuring maintenance of building services systems in five lots: heating and plumbing; electrical systems and 24-hour emergency call-out service; ventilation and partial air-conditioning systems; air-conditioning and refrigeration systems; and fire doors and smoke and heat exhaust ventilation equipment. The schedule also includes optional repairs and additional services. The contract is scheduled to run from 1 January to 30 December 2027, with two optional one-year extensions.
