Introduction of SIB Bauwerke day-one functionalities

Summary

The Federal Roads Office of Germany is procuring completion of the SIB-Bauwerke 2.0 software development and its delivery as a minimum viable product ready for operational use. The work includes, among other things, migration of legacy data, reporting, analytics and interface capabilities, offline operation and data import and export, catalogues, load-bearing capacity index calculations, and improvements to usability and performance. The minimum viable product is to be completed by 31 December 2027.
