Park Section VI maintenance works

Summary

The contract covers maintenance of Park Section VI at Gärten der Welt in Berlin, including the international garden cabinets and the Renaissance Garden, from 1 January to 31 December 2027. The work includes caring for trees, hedges, planted areas, perennials, lawns, paths, paved areas, planters and water features, as well as watering, pruning, fertilising, cleaning and, where needed, planting and minor landscaping work. Some additional work will be ordered as required. Bidders must include a detailed work organisation plan with their bids; bids without one will not be evaluated. Relevant company experience, proof of registration or other authorisation to practise, and insurance are required. The contractor must provide sufficient qualified staff every day, including weekends and public holidays. Work must take account of visitor safety and permitted working hours, use battery-powered small equipment, and be coordinated with park management. Employees must be paid at least EUR 13.69 gross per hour, excluding trainees, and the applicable collective pay rules and other contract performance conditions must be observed.
