Tiling works for the new buildings on Alberichstraße

Summary

The contract covers floor and wall tiling in two new buildings for the Theodor Fliedner Foundation in Mannheim: an assisted-living building and a nursery. The work includes substrate preparation, damp-proofing and waterproofing, tile installation and grouting, finishing around penetrations and fixtures, and protecting completed surfaces. Areas include bathroom floors and walls and the nursery’s commercial kitchen; kitchen floor tiles must have slip resistance class R12 and bathroom floor tiles R10. The tiling work must be coordinated with other contractors and is expected to be completed by October 2027. Completion of the nursery is planned for September 2027 and of the residential building for December 2027.
