DGM-W Niederrhein TLS measurements

Summary

The tender concerns TLS surveying services in the Niederrhein area, including, where possible, control measurements of roof surfaces to verify and assure the quality of ALS data. TLS must generally be used; UAS or UAV may be used only exceptionally where significant areas cannot reasonably be measured with TLS. The required accuracy is 3 cm, and any UAS-based measurement must achieve accuracy superior to the ALS data being checked. Bidders must take account of the revised tender documents and provide 2–4 pages on personnel and qualifications and 7–15 pages on quality, including technical value.
