Care services 10.3

Summary

The tender concerns care services in central accommodation facilities (ZUE) for refugees in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. The contractor will organize and provide care and support services at ZUEs, including organisational management, social care, leisure activities, childcare, furniture and equipment management, washing facilities, and clothing storage, as well as coordination of meals. Volunteer involvement is encouraged; asylum procedures are not part of the contract. On-site visits (Ortstermine) are mandatory for all bidders. The procurement is conducted as an open procedure with no negotiations. Each lot may be awarded to a single bidder or bidder consortium. The evaluation comprises price (40%) and concepts including organisation, care, employment, training, and volunteer integration (60%).
