Summary

Launch service for four 3U CubeSats in formation as part of the RACCOON IOD in-orbit demonstration mission. The contractor will provide the deployment system, integration support, and manage the launch and deployment to the target orbit. The project comprises two phases: Phase 1 (16 November 2026 to 28 February 2027) with a binding start, Phase 2 (from 1 March 2027) optional subject to funding; launch planned in 2028. Phase 1 maximum price is 166,600 EUR gross (140,000 EUR net). Payments are milestone-based; award will be to the most economical bid considering both phases.
