Stadtwaage Osnabrück – Comprehensive renovation and flooring works

Summary

The City of Osnabrück is procuring flooring works for the comprehensive renovation of the listed Stadtwaage building at Markt 28. The works cover preparation and repair of approximately 1,500 m² of subfloor, installation of about 1,380 m² of carpet tiles, a finished mineral screed surface over 255 m², and sanding and sealing of 110 m² of existing parquet, together with associated skirting, transitions and protection.
