Energy renovation of Building AB and TGA planning services for building automation

Summary

This tender concerns the energy-efficient renovation of Building AB and planning services for Technical Building Equipment (TGA) to enable building automation at Hochschule Osnabrück. The objective is a comprehensive renewal, modernization and energy optimization of existing installations while largely maintaining university operations, carried out in phases. The estimated total project cost is about €8.2 million, with about €0.5 million allocated to media technology.
