Supply of furniture and educational furnishings for childcare facilities and schools

Summary

The procurement is for a two-lot framework agreement to supply furniture and educational furnishings to childcare facilities and to school spaces used for pupil supervision and after-school care. Lot 1 covers furniture and Lot 2 educational furnishings. Bidders may tender for either or both lots but must offer every item in any lot they choose. Sample ranges include chairs, tables, cupboards, cots, mattresses, soft seating, mats and storage boxes. The contract is expected to start on 1 March 2027. Its initial term is 24 months, with a one-time 24-month extension option, for a maximum term of 48 months. Estimated values over the maximum term are EUR 2,175,040 excluding VAT for Lot 1 and EUR 624,960 excluding VAT for Lot 2. These estimates do not guarantee any minimum purchase volume; orders will be placed according to actual need. The work includes free room planning and advice, delivery to the place of use, placement, assembly and any required installation, and user instruction. Delivery and installation must take place on the same day, and the delivery period must not exceed six weeks after the order details are confirmed. Bids must include prices for all items in the selected lot, the required catalogue information and a uniform discount. Bidders must provide the required turnover and reference details and evidence of compliance with environmental and product requirements. Lot 1 bids are evaluated on price (50%), quality (40%) and warranty (10%); the warranty must be at least two years. Lot 2 is awarded to the lowest-priced bid.
