Construction of the Newel fire protection and training centre

Summary

The tender concerns the construction of the Newel fire protection and training centre. The project aims to consolidate regional fire brigade functions, provide storage for vehicles and equipment, and house training and meeting facilities, as well as a practice yard and a training wall, plus workshops and offices. The building is planned as a two-storey reinforced concrete structure with insulated exterior walls and an aluminium curtain façade. The vehicle hall will be a conventional reinforced concrete frame; the roof will be a green roof with a PV installation. Painting works are required in various spaces.
