Lot 311: Earthworks, waterproofing and demolition of exterior elements for the heritage restoration of the Goethe Residential House Ensemble

Summary

Klassik Stiftung Weimar is procuring Lot 311 for the heritage-compliant restoration of the Goethe Residential House Ensemble, a listed site protected as part of the UNESCO World Heritage. The works include demolition of exterior and interior elements, including windows, doors, stairs, roofing, masonry, floors and finishes; approximately 90 m³ of excavation and 77 m³ of backfilling; and about 95 m² of subsequent wall waterproofing. The scope also includes new masonry, drilling, installation of sleeve pipes and precast concrete light wells.
