Preparation of the external areas and ordnance clearance at the government complex, Platz der Luftbrücke 1–3

Summary

The Federal Agency for Real Estate is procuring works to prepare the external areas in courtyards 1–2 of the government complex at Platz der Luftbrücke 1–3 in Berlin. The works include removing approximately 5,250 m² of asphalt, 5,400 m² of concrete surfaces and 2,435 m² of paving, constructing approximately 4,500 m³ of utility trenches, and carrying out ordnance surveys, including monitoring during construction across 16,450 m². Trenches will be closed after utility installation, and the areas will be covered with recycled gravel for temporary parking and use as a construction site area.
