Summary

The procurement concerns the secure operation of the GovTech platform across five capability groups: security monitoring and response (with a SIEM/XDR and a continuously staffed security operations center); CNAPP covering cloud, Kubernetes and workload posture; protection of the software supply chain including admissions control; automation and orchestration of response (SOAR); and governance, reporting and continuous improvement. The platform handles highly sensitive data in parts, and data processing occurs exclusively within the European Economic Area.
