Interior doors and partitions for the AOK Hessen education centre extension

Summary

The tender covers the manufacture, supply and installation of interior doors and partitions for the expansion and refurbishment of AOK Hessen’s education centre in Homberg (Ohm). The work includes HPL-finished interior doors, including fire- and smoke-resistant and moisture-resistant doors; timber-and-glass partition walls with doors; mobile demountable partitions; and a folding partition. The scope also includes technical and installation planning, site measurements, adjustment and commissioning, documentation, and maintenance during each of the four warranty years. Parts of the building will remain in use during construction, so the works must be coordinated, noise and disruption kept to a minimum, and the building’s ongoing operations maintained. The planned overall duration is approximately 26 calendar weeks from the start of technical processing; a detailed work schedule must be submitted within two weeks of award. The offer must include a signed tender form and a priced bill of quantities, as well as maintenance prices for all four warranty years.
