Rochsburg Castle renovation and conversion – technical building services planning (systems groups 1–3, 7 and 8)

Summary

The District of Mittelsachsen is procuring specialist planning for the technical building services for the conversion and renovation of Rochsburg Castle. The services cover planning phases 2–9 for wastewater, water and gas systems, heating, ventilation, use-specific and process systems, and building automation, together with specified additional services. The initial award covers phases 2–3 and additional services; later phases may be commissioned in stages.
