Cloud contract

Summary

The procurement concerns a cloud deployment of grades and certificates management software, enabling private cloud or other cloud configurations (WP 2). The contract includes managed cloud services (MCS), access/identity management, capacity management, automation, incident and problem management, release and patch management, and advisory services. It also covers data backup/restore, data export/import, IDM, user management, and reporting, as well as data security, georedundancy, data localization, and interfaces with external services, SBOM, and compliance with security standards. Customer involvement and data handling responsibilities are included, along with licensing metrics and deployment considerations.
