Framework agreement for the supply of control-area coveralls

Summary

The procurement is for a framework agreement with one supplier to deliver control-area coveralls in various colours and designs as orders are placed. The items include green and white coveralls with turn-down collars and orange hooded coveralls, in sizes S–3XL. Exact fabric and garment properties are set out in the technical annexes, including cotton fabric weighing 128–138 g/m² and polyester/carbon-filament fabric weighing 139 g/m² ±5%. Estimated quantities for the full contract term by size: green collared model 30/30/200/200/30/30; white collared model 65/400/600/400/300/90; orange hooded RR model 30/30/220/180/120/30; and orange hooded BW model 30/30/180/230/750/600 (sizes in order: S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL). These are estimates; the purchaser does not guarantee that all quantities will be ordered. Bids must be submitted electronically in German and remain valid for 30 days. Four samples must be provided free of charge as part of the bid: two made from cleanroom fabric and two made from cotton. They must reach the purchaser by the bid deadline. Late or incomplete sample delivery results in exclusion. Price accounts for 70% of the evaluation and quality for 30%. The framework agreement runs from 1 January 2027 until no later than 31 December 2030. Each call-off must be delivered within 5 working days.
