Mining damage investigation and remediation at Donnerberg Barracks, areas SF 90, SF 80 and SF 60

Summary

The Federal Republic of Germany, represented by the Federal Ministry of Defence and the North Rhine-Westphalia property and construction agency, is procuring mining-damage investigations and remediation at Donnerberg Barracks in Eschweiler and Stolberg. The works cover three areas: SF 90 for the replacement accommodation building U3, SF 80 for the troop kitchen and SF 60 for the fitness room; the procurement is not divided into lots. The scope includes up to approximately 15,000 m of investigation, orientation, backfill and injection drilling, as well as backfilling and injection works, with an estimated 5,620 tonnes of dry hydraulic fill material. Related tasks include site setup, core drilling, sewer monitoring, sampling, structural monitoring, exploratory trenches, waste handling and reinstatement.
