Tree Care Services for Potsdam in Seven Lots

Summary

The City of Potsdam is procuring tree care services in seven lots to maintain traffic safety on public streets and green spaces, at cemeteries and around protected natural monuments. The work includes pruning and crown care, tree safety measures, tree inspections, tree and stump removal, stump grinding, watering, improvements to tree growing sites, and removal of oak processionary moth nests. Estimated quantities may vary from year to year. The framework agreement is scheduled to start in 2027, renew automatically one year at a time and end no later than 31 December 2030. Bids may cover one, several or all lots, but a bidder may be awarded no more than two lots. Bids must be submitted electronically in German by 2 November 2026 at 10:00. Bidders must provide the required forms, company references, and the personnel and technical resources needed for the lot(s) offered.
