Procurement of site connections for the Hessian School Administration Network (HSVN)

Summary

The Hessian Central Office for Data Processing is procuring site connections for the Hessian School Administration Network (HSVN) under a framework agreement. The scope covers 869 listed school locations across Hesse, primarily with ADSL 16 Mbps connections, plus Ethernet connections and permitted wired substitutes where the target product cannot be provided. The service includes the network infrastructure and equipment needed to connect the sites securely to the authority’s data centre.
