Conclusion of framework agreements for IT hardware

Summary

Landkreis Hildesheim is launching framework agreements for IT hardware with four lots: Lot 1 notebooks, Lot 2 24-inch monitors, Lot 3 curved 34-inch monitors, Lot 4 mini-PCs in the NUC class. Deliveries are to be made directly to the county; installation is not required. The procurement includes technical specification criteria (C30) and documentation requirements in the ePortal (B10–B17). The contract includes warranties, maintenance services and an innovation clause. Price is the sole award criterion; risk transfer occurs on delivery; additional award criteria and bonuses may apply to the lots under the framework.
