Summary

The tender covers interpreting services for communication between patients and medical staff at University Hospital Münster, including administrative communication where required. It is divided into three lots: (1) 15 mandatory core languages, (2) Modern Standard Arabic, and (3) Ukrainian and Russian. A framework agreement will run for at least 36 months and may be extended once by 12 months; the maximum term is 48 months. The estimated annual volume for all lots is EUR 210,000 net, and the maximum 48-month volume is EUR 840,000 net. The supplier must be able to respond from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00 and arrive at the assignment location ready to start within 60 minutes. The tender must state the offered languages, a net hourly rate and a separate quarterly additional-service fee. Offers are evaluated on price, additional telephone availability and, depending on the lot, language diversity or Arabic dialect coverage.
