Construction supervision for the Opera House foyer façade renovation

Summary

The City of Dortmund is procuring construction supervision and post-completion property care for the renovation of the Opera House foyer’s glass façade, covering HOAI service phases 8 and 9. The façade works include replacing 265 panes with triple glazing, renewing seals, improving the thermal performance of the existing framing and refinishing the façade. The works are planned in two 15-week summer phases in 2027 and 2028; bids may be submitted for individual lots.
