Roof waterproofing for the new Freckenhorst fire station

Summary

The City of Warendorf is procuring roof waterproofing and related roofing works for the new fire station in Freckenhorst. The work covers approximately 1,075 m² of flat roof on the social wing and 450 m² on the vehicle hall, including insulation, bituminous waterproofing, roof drainage, skylights, downpipes, roof-edge guardrails and permanent fall-protection systems. The scope also includes preparatory work, waterproofing at the base and plinth, and associated roof details. The contract is not divided into lots.
