Photovoltaic system planning for municipal properties

Summary

Region Hannover is procuring planning services for photovoltaic systems on municipal properties owned, rented or otherwise used by municipalities in the region. The work covers planning based on HOAI service phases 1–6, including site visits, option studies, implementation planning and a bill of quantities for the subsequent construction tender. Projects will be commissioned as property information becomes available during 2026–2028, with services due by 30 April 2029; the expected budget is €200,000 gross per year for 2026, 2027 and 2028, subject to budget approval. The procurement is not divided into lots.
