Cleaning services for INM

Summary

Leibniz Institute for New Materials (INM) is procuring routine building cleaning and cleaning of Security Level 2 (S2) laboratories at its Saarbrücken campus, buildings D2 1–D2 5. The work covers 15 cleaning groups, including offices, laboratories, meeting rooms, sanitary facilities, kitchens, corridors, entrances, stairs and lifts, with scheduled cleaning and special cleaning when required. The contract has a two-year initial term from 1 April 2027, with two one-year extension options.
