Framework agreement for maintenance and repair of building services at the SWR site in Mainz

Summary

Südwestrundfunk is procuring a framework agreement for maintenance, repair and emergency services for the heating, plumbing, ventilation and cooling systems at its Mainz site. The services include planned maintenance and documentation, repairs as required, and emergency call-out cover on weekdays from 16:00 to 07:00, from Friday 16:00 to Monday 07:00 at weekends, and throughout public holidays. For an emergency, qualified personnel must arrive at the affected site within 60 minutes of receiving the report. The agreement will be awarded as a single contract for an initial 24 months, with an option to extend once by a further 24 months.
