Evaluation of the Immediate Cybersecurity Programme

Summary

The tender concerns an evaluation of the German Federal Ministry of Health’s immediate cybersecurity programme. The work is intended to assess the digitalisation and IT security of healthcare institutions that are important to the critical healthcare supply chain, and how the programme has helped improve security measures, compliance with NIS 2 requirements, resilience and continuity of services. Data from institutions’ self-assessments will be collected and analysed in aggregate in three rounds in 2027, 2028 and 2029 to track changes and assess the impact of the measures.
