Agency partner MAG-C for 2028 and 2029

Summary

The MAG-C 2028 project seeks an agency partner to assist Messe Erfurt in planning and delivering MAG-C, a public fair focused on manga, anime, games and cosplay. The contractor will support the Messe Erfurt project team with designing and managing themed areas (Cosplay Area, Gaming Area), organizing and running the main-stage program, providing social media support, and handling overall event administration. Optional services include press work and partner/exhibitor acquisition. The agency will also help with networking and outreach to sponsors and exhibitors, bookings and guest management, and budgeting. The tender uses a three-criterion evaluation: 70% price, 20% personnel resources, and 10% references. The project runs from March 1, 2027 to February 28, 2028; MAG-C will take place February 5–6, 2028 at Messe Erfurt, with stand-build on February 3–4, 2028.
