SIEM licence renewal and support services

Summary

The Police Presidium for Service and IT of the Free State of Saxony is procuring services in two lots: renewal and maintenance of Splunk SOAR term user seat licences with standard support, and on-demand consulting and training to support IBM QRadar and Splunk SIEM systems. Lot 2 covers operational and technical support, maintenance advice, SIEM/SOC use-case development, incident support, and administrator and user workshops during 2027–2028. Its minimum commitment is 5 person-days per year, with optional call-offs of up to 37 person-days in 2027 and 38 in 2028.
