Service, support, project assistance and change requests for SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition

Summary

Humboldt University of Berlin is seeking service and support for its SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition, including recurring incident and problem management for the deployed modules, SAP basis-related work, and project support and change-request delivery involving relevant interfaces. The price sheet provides for 795 person-days of service and support, 311 person-days of SAP basis-related activities, and 926 person-days of on-demand project and change work.
