Open-house pharmaceutical rebate agreements 2026-18

Summary

The procurement concerns pharmaceutical rebate agreements with the participating health insurance funds HEK and/or hkk, arranged in lots covering the active ingredients, combinations, dosage forms, strengths or finished medicinal products specified for each lot. The open-house contracts use uniform terms, offer no exclusivity and generally run for up to 24 months, starting no earlier than 1 December 2026 and ending no later than 30 November 2028. Suppliers may join during the contract period.
