Production printer output center

Summary

IT.Niedersachsen is issuing an open tender for the replacement of the Production Printer Output Center in Hannover with new digital production printing systems and the provision of service and support under a cost-per-click model (per-page pricing). The tender offers two variants: Variant 1 – two BW printers and one color printer from the same manufacturer; Variant 2 – two integrated BW and color systems. The contract includes system software, licenses, delivery, installation, commissioning, integration with the existing environment (workflow, control and envelope processes) and user training. Annual production volume is approximately 11.7 million BW pages and 1.3 million color pages.
