Elbe right-bank dike reconstruction and ordnance detection works in Magdeburg-Cracau area (km 40.4–42.1), Phase 1

Summary

The tender concerns reconstruction of the Elbe right-bank dike in the Magdeburg-Cracau area along a length of about 1,025 meters. The works include raising the dike and establishing a continuous inspection path; a sheet-pile wall is installed along the entire length and the dike body is adjusted to create space for the inspection path. Before the start of the dike works, ordnance detection and removal must be carried out.
