Summary

The Institute for Foreign Cultural Relations (ifa) is procuring an exclusive framework agreement with one contractor for road, sea and air transport of artworks and other cultural objects, exhibition display materials and tools for its programmes and touring exhibitions in Germany and abroad. The service covers transport between the ifa depots in Berlin, Stuttgart and Apolda, exhibition venues worldwide and lenders, including onward and return transport. The agreement runs for 24 months, with two possible 24-month extensions; the estimated value is EUR 600,000 for the initial 24-month period and EUR 1.8 million for the maximum six-year term. The contract is not divided into lots.
