Baumacker 10 – School Building and Gymnastics Hall Extension as a General-Contractor Project

Summary

SBH | Schulbau Hamburg is procuring, as a general-contractor project, a new school building and gymnastics hall at Max-Traeger Primary School, Baumacker 10. The three-storey school building will include a canteen and space for eight classes; the single-storey gymnastics hall will provide approximately 206 m² of hall space. The works include HOAI service phases 5–8 and turnkey delivery, with both buildings required to meet the EG 40 standard under the 2023 German Building Energy Act.
