Summary

The tender covers electrical and information technology installations for phases 1 and 2 of the refurbishment and conversion of the inpatient wards on floors 1–3 at Artemed Klinikum München Süd. The work includes low-voltage installations and distribution boards, cabling, general and emergency lighting, the nurse call system, fire alarm systems and the data network. It also includes dismantling existing equipment and cables, connecting and configuring systems, commissioning, and providing inspection and as-built documentation. To ensure compatibility with existing systems, Hospicall P7 is specified for the nurse call system and Esser products for the fire alarm system; the specified switch and socket range is GIRA Standard 55. Bidders must submit a German-language offer using the required forms and demonstrate suitability, relevant experience and access to sufficient staff.
