Carpentry works

Summary

The tender concerns the construction of a new wood-based building in a historically protected park to serve the Senior Treff and Jugendtreff facilities. The project aims to create a versatile community center, with spaces including a workshop, creative room, seminar room, two movement spaces, and a club room. Three existing buildings will be demolished to clear the site, while preserving the park's historic character as much as possible. The works include constructing the load-bearing timber frame, installing façades, windows, doors, and stairs, and building two ancillary structures. Works are to start immediately after contract award and are due to be completed by 30 October 2027.
