Framework Agreement for VoIP and Video Conferencing Equipment 2026

Summary

The Max Planck Society is procuring products and related services under a four-lot framework agreement: Cisco VoIP and video-conferencing equipment and support (Lot 1, maximum call-off value €3 million); Ascom DECT equipment, accessories and maintenance (Lot 2, €2.5 million); software and licences for the telephony and video-conferencing equipment (Lot 3, €3.5 million); and video-conferencing monitors, projectors, accessories and maintenance services (Lot 4, €1.2 million). The framework agreement covers individual call-offs and has no guaranteed minimum order volume.
