Energy and life-cycle assessment for the new Wustermark secondary school and sports hall

The County of Havelland is procuring energy-planning and life-cycle assessment services for a new three-storey, four-stream secondary school with a three-court sports hall in Wustermark. The planned buildings have approximately 11,700 m² of gross floor area, with a possible 3,000 m² school extension. The services cover energy calculations and efficiency advice, support with KfW funding applications and construction-stage checks, and a life-cycle assessment of greenhouse-gas emissions; the contract is not divided into lots.
