Summary

The tender concerns structural engineering design for the partial renovation of the building envelope of the Old Castle section of the Bayreuth tax office. The services cover a listed existing building, including façade, roof, windows, basement exterior wall waterproofing, solar shading and photovoltaic-related works. Tenders scoring below 80%, or 400 points, of the possible performance points are disregarded.
