Electrical installations for the conversion of the Old Weaving Mill into the Creative Campus – Lot 15

Summary

The City of Finsterwalde is procuring electrical installation works for the renovation and extension of the former weaving mill into the Creative Campus at Oscar-Kjellberg-Straße 7. Lot 15 includes electrical distribution and wiring, indoor and outdoor lighting, KNX building controls, emergency lighting, fire detection, communications and data networks, lightning protection, and associated installation, testing, commissioning and documentation. Maintenance offers for the installed systems during the four-year warranty period are also included in the procurement.
