Technical building services design for a catering kitchen

Summary

The tender concerns technical building services design for catering and production kitchens as part of the modernisation of the existing service building of the Munich riot police. The services cover HOAI service phases 1–9 for kitchen-related technical installations, including large kitchens, production kitchens, serving or storage areas and large cold rooms.
