Provision, support and maintenance of Sage licences

Summary

The tender covers the provision, maintenance, support and related on-demand services for Sage software licences. The contract will be a framework agreement starting on 1 January 2027 for two years, with two possible one-year extensions; the maximum term is 4 years. The maximum total value of all call-offs is EUR 317,000 excluding VAT. The bid must be submitted electronically in German by 10:00 on 13 October 2026. Bidders must provide the required forms, price sheet, evidence of Sage HR and Sage 100 expertise, insurance confirmation, named-person project references for the quality assessment and a service-delivery concept. Price and quality each account for 50% of the evaluation.
