Summary

The procurement is for a two-year service to further develop LibreOffice for a digitally sovereign administrative workstation. The work includes fixing software defects, improving existing functions and creating new features; developments must be integrated into LibreOffice’s official master branch. Both price and quality will be considered when evaluating bids. Bidders must provide at least two comparable LibreOffice development projects successfully completed within the previous three years, demonstrate an average of at least five full-time-equivalent staff in each required financial year, and identify key personnel with the required experience or certification. Contract performance also involves requirements concerning German-language delivery, data protection, confidentiality and security screening.
