Heating and plumbing works for the new town hall in Herzebrock-Clarholz

Summary

Herzebrock-Clarholz is procuring heating and plumbing works for its new five-storey town hall, which will replace the existing building. The heating system includes a cascade of two air-to-water heat pumps, approximately 700 metres of stainless-steel press-fit pipework and underfloor heating covering approximately 2,300 m². The heat pumps will also provide temperature control in summer; energy will also be supplied to a heating and cooling coil in the ventilation system.
