Delivery of ballot envelopes 2027–2030

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for the purchase and delivery of ballot envelopes (Wahlkuverts) for 2027–2030. The aim is to sign a framework agreement with up to three suitable bidders for the purchase, stocking and delivery of approximately 20,000,000 ballot envelopes in multiple call-offs, with a maximum call-off quantity of 25,600,000 across all framework partners. Calls will be issued via mini-competitions; deliveries are to Druckstandorte Ulm and Karlsruhe, with Heidelberg as a backup storage location.
